Internal control center for Haruna Technologies: projects, operations, commercial CRM wired into Kizuna's database and customer service with ITSM.

Haruna Kan is where Haruna's operation runs end to end. On the operational side, it organizes projects, Kanban boards, backlogs, timesheets, costs, editorial calendars and campaigns. On the commercial side, it drives the sales pipeline, opportunities and follow-ups by querying Kizuna's database directly for prospecting. And for customer service, it runs a full ITSM desk with ticket queues, incidents, service requests, SLA policies and the catalog of supported applications.
Wired into the ecosystem
Haruna Kan connects what was already built in-house: the commercial module queries Kizuna's database directly for prospecting and lead enrichment, while the ITSM desk receives and tracks tickets from production applications such as Kiso.
Instead of scattering the company across a commercial CRM, a task manager, a ticketing tool and timesheet spreadsheets, Haruna Kan was built to concentrate the entire internal operation on the same platform and talk directly to the company's other systems.
